The Fundraising and Marketing Administrator will assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in implementing marketing plans, fundraising activities, event logistics, and administrative support. This summer role offers practical experience in nonprofit marketing and fundraising, enabling students to gain significant exposure to event management, digital marketing, and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Fundraising Support
- Material Coordination: Create and distribute promotional items and marketing collateral.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in executing fundraising campaigns and strategic marketing plans.
- Sponsorship Management: Track sponsorship agreements and ensure all visibility commitments are fulfilled.
- Website Content: Maintain accurate and updated information on the organization’s website.
Administrative Duties
- Record Management: Maintain accurate donor and sponsorship databases.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, and volunteer management.
- Documentation: Document and track fundraising activities and outcomes.
Social Media Support
- Campaign Alignment: Collaborate to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing goals.
- Content Development: Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Engagement Monitoring: Monitor and actively engage with social media interactions and comments.
Skills
- Organizational Skills: Effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Technology Proficiency: Skilled in social media, website management, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience & Education
- Current post-secondary student studying marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or interest in marketing, fundraising, social media management, or event planning.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred.
- Ability to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Work Conditions
- Full-time summer position during standard office hours.
- Occasional evenings or weekends required for special events.
- Primarily based at the Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewan Provincial Office in Regina.
Compensation
$25.00 per hour
